This is not an in office position, you will be responsible for managing an outside sales team as well as growing your own book of business and handling clients on the day to day We are looking for a demonstrated leader who will motivate, support and hold accountable a team of sales professionals and recruitment specialists while establishing good working relationships with our skilled craft employees. Our ideal Sales Manager candidate will be expected to grow and manage our already successful market. The Sales Manager is responsible for reaching established yearly goals by managing the day-to-day operations of the office and by establishing relationships with key clientele. Founded in 1992 and owned by Blackstone, Tradesmen International is leading the industry for proven skilled craftsmen and labor consulting services, emphasizing Safety Productivity and Craftsmanship. Our industry leading operations and service are a direct result of our dynamic and team-based culture.
Responsibilities Include:
- Supervising & driving all sales activities
- Ensuring sound pricing strategies
- Reporting to the General Manager
Job Requirements:
Candidates must possess exceptional leadership skills and know how to build and manage a dynamic sales team and support personnel.
Other requirements include:
- Excellent organizational skills
- Exceptional communication skills
- Be self-motivated and goal oriented
- Successful sales or recruitment track record
- Industry knowledge is a plus

We support your personal efforts and growth through continued training initiatives locally and at the Tradesmen Education Center at our Cleveland, Ohio, corporate office.
