Global Resource Management (GRM) is a national Market Research firm specializing in data collection in airports. In Newark, we work in the Newark Liberty International Airport (EWR) distributing and collecting surveys from passengers prior to departure.
Role Description:
GRM is looking for experienced intercept interviewers who are adept at communication and organization. Must have a strong work ethic and be self-motivated. As a Field Interviewer, you will be responsible for conducting surveys, interviews, and collecting data in person via paper and tablets. You will be expected to establish a professional rapport with participants, ensure accurate and ethical data collection, and relay findings to the appropriate teams. Attention to detail, teamwork, and adherence to deadlines are critical aspects of this role. Pay: $30.50/
Hr Qualifications:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and communicate effectively with diverse groups of people Proficiency in data collection, data organization, and data management Ability to work independently and adapt to both in-person and remote environments Familiarity with survey tools and standard interviewing techniques Excellent time management, record keeping and organizational skills Knowledge of ethical guidelines for research and confidentiality practices Experience in field research or relevant investigative roles is preferred
