About the role
EWC Growth is seeking a Guest Service Associate to create an exceptional guest experience while driving sales and supporting management with daily tasks. You will engage guests, educate them on our services and products, and tailor recommendations to each visit.
Responsibilities include upselling retail products and waxing services, handling payments and reservations, and maintaining a clean, welcoming lobby. A collaborative demeanor and flexibility to work evenings and weekends are essential.
