Job TitleIn this role you will partner with IFS and FOP crews to identify opportunities in Crew Planning and deliver analytical insights that improve Delta's operational performance. You will build executive and frontline dashboards, forecast key metrics, and develop data-driven solutions to drive reliability and customer experience. You'll operate in a high-visibility setting with cross-functional partners, shaping strategies under tight timelines. Responsibilities: Collaborate with IFS and FOP crew teams to identify opportunities in Crew Planning, create executive and frontline dashboards using data visualization tools, develop analytics solutions to divisional challenges and operationalize with modern tools, forecast future operational metrics and integrate into planning/execution processes, improve historic processes with data-driven approaches, extract data from multiple sources for analysis, models, and project work, support development of executive decks and present findings to leadership, navigate a high-profile, fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
Key Requirements: 1 year of experience in analysis, data visualization, or a relevant quantitative field, strong business acumen, statistical, analytical, and problem-solving skills, experience with analytical tools such as SQL, Python, and PowerBI/Tableau, proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint), strong written, presentation, and verbal communication for senior leaders, direct experience communicating with stakeholders and delivering end-to-end projects, team player, detail-oriented, able to work under pressure, comfortable working in group and individual settings.
