About the role

North American Recovery in Utah seeks a polished, assertive Legal Action Coordinator / Attorney Liaison to review all accounts before referral to our attorney for litigation and to provide daily follow-up on cases in the legal process. You will be the primary liaison between our office and retained attorneys, ensuring timely communication, accurate documentation, asset verification, and efficient case progression, while maintaining compliance with company policies and applicable laws.
