About the role
- Support the monthly rolling forecast for OpEx, CapEx and headcount with variance analysis by comparing actuals to budget and forecast
- Partner with leaders to understand operational performance and provide commentary required for executive leadership reviews
- Assist in the annual budgeting process by partnering with cross-functional leaders to validate financial data and consolidate budget submissions
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify trends, risks, and opportunities across the business
- Partner with Supply Chain and Engineering on tracking cost down initiatives, specific to OpEx and CapEx timing
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business with an emphasis in Finance.5+ years of relevant Finance experience. Preferably in Product Development, but not required
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets and ERP systems
