Account Manager, IG Therapy Infucare RX is seeking an experienced Account Manager, IG Therapy to join our team in Denver area. Successful Candidate must reside in Denver territory and be willing to travel. As an Account Manager, you're responsible for planning, developing, and executing sales and marketing strategies to support growth objectives for assigned regions. Account Manager role focuses on relationship building, lead generation, market expansion, and strategic business development within the home infusion and specialty pharmacy space. InfuCare Rx is a leading home infusion provider accredited by URAC and ACHC offering a specialized approach to caring for patients in need of IV therapy and specialty pharmacy services in the homecare setting. Job Responsibilities: Achieve territory sales goals through proactive outreach, relationship development, and strategic follow-up. Promote all products and services to expand market share and increase visibility in assigned territories. Identify new sales opportunities, nurture leads, and maintain timely, accurate documentation. Collaborate with leadership to design and implement sales and marketing strategies aligned with business goals. Represent InfuCare Rx at conferences, events, and presentations as needed. Research and report market trends, challenges, and opportunities. Assist in developing annual sales and marketing budgets. Support strategic initiatives including new product launches and data-driven business development activities. Work with leadership to enhance access and partnerships with managed care payors and government programs. Assist in contract credentialing, documentation, and compliance processes. Maintain accurate records and communicate account updates through designated tracking tools. Support ongoing payor relationships to ensure smooth operations and improved fulfillment efficiency. Partner cross-functionally with internal teams to support service delivery and territory success. Attend internal meetings, training sessions, and functions required to excel in the role. Demonstrate professional, respectful, and positive communication with all stakeholders. Required Qualifications Experience in home infusion, specialty pharmacy, and IG (immune globulin) is required. Proven success in healthcare sales or specialty pharmacy sales. Strong territory management, call planning, and field productivity skills. Exceptional relationship-building and communication abilities. Self-driven, competitive, and goal-oriented, with a strong sense of accountability.
