About the role

The District 23 Office of the District Attorney is seeking an Assistant District Attorney for the Juvenile Division to prosecute juvenile cases in Pottawatomie and Lincoln Counties, including Juvenile Deprived, Juvenile Delinquent, and Youthful Offender. This is a full-time exempt role with duties spanning arraignments, hearings, and trials in juvenile court. The Juvenile ADA works under the District Attorney to protect public safety and welfare by proactively advocating for justice and acting
