About the role
Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Maintenance Technician for a multifamily community in West Saticoy, CA. You will perform make-ready tasks, respond to resident requests, and help maintain a quality move-in experience.
The role requires knowledge of plumbing, HVAC, basic electrical, carpentry, painting, and safety procedures. On-call duties may apply; on-site work and professional appearance are expected. 1+ year of related experience preferred.
