About the role
Senior Project Manager - Healthcare-inpatient and ambulatory care interiors New York, NY OR Melville, NY Our client is a leading architecture firm based out of NYC. They currently have an immediate need for an experienced Senior Job Captain for either their New York City office or Melville, NY location to handle production of construction documents and collaborate with consultants for their Healthcare in-patient and ambulatory care Interiors' practice. Candidates should bring a minimum of 10 years of continuous experience within the healthcare vertical.
Responsibilities:
Assist in DOB and DOH code review, and building analysis Proficient in computer assisted design software such as AutoCAD, Revit and Bluebeam Interface with the clients and consultants Lead the production of the architectural set of drawings from schematic design through construction documents Coordination of architectural documents with other consultants Review and markup architectural documents Respond to RFI's during the GC Bidding phase Review and process of shop drawings and submittals during construction administration Respond to RFI's during construction Attend construction administration meetings and write field reports
