Key Responsibilities:
Execute precise collision repairs including structural, metal, and panel replacement Disassemble/reassemble vehicles per repair plan and OEM guidelines Perform frame measurements and straightening Work closely with painters, estimators, and support staff to ensure workflow efficiency Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized bay Uphold our standard of craftsmanship and customer satisfaction Qualifications:2+ years of experience in body repair (preferred) Knowledge of frame machines, welding, and modern repair tools Strong understanding of OEM procedures and industry best practices Valid driver's license and clean driving record I-CAR, ASE, or OEM certifications (preferred but not required) A team-first attitude and commitment to excellence What We OfferHighly competitive compensation - flat rate or hourly, plus production bonuses Steady workflow in a busy, well-managed shop State-of-the-art facility and tools Paid training and certification support Paid holidays and vacation Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Real opportunities for growth and advancement
