About the role
- Provide front desk and lobby coverage, greeting visitors and directing guests appropriately
- Answer and route incoming phone calls and manage general email inquiries
- Coordinate conference room scheduling and meeting logistics
- Assist with calendar management and administrative support tasks
- Process visitor access requests, badges, and onboarding-related activities
- Coordinate lunch orders and office hospitality needs
- Maintain filing systems and organize administrative records
- Assist with basic office operations and facilities coordination
- Support equipment distribution, inventory tracking, and basic IT coordination
- Provide general administrative assistance across multiple departments as needed
- Serve as a flexible resource, stepping in wherever support is required
- Previous administrative, receptionist, office coordinator, or executive support experience
- Professional and polished communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Comfortable interacting with executives, employees, clients, and visitors
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and standard office technology
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Dependable, adaptable, and willing to take on a variety of responsibilities
- Positive attitude with a collaborative, team-first approach
