HandyPro is hiring an experienced Senior Handyman / Maintenance Technician.*Broward County through West Palm Beach, Florida*Full-time W-2 employment* $75,000 annual minimum guarantee with uncapped earning potential We’re looking for a skilled professional who can diagnose a problem, explain the solution, and complete quality repairs independently—from the first customer conversation through the final cleanup. You should bring at least 5 years of professional hands-on experience and strong skills across several areas: • Drywall repairs, patching, and painting • Carpentry, trim, doors, and hardware • Cabinet repairs and installation • Minor plumbing and general property maintenance within your qualifications • Troubleshooting and knowing when a licensed specialist is required What HandyPro provides: • Compensation $75,000 guaranteed minimum gross compensation per full employment year, with uncapped performance-based earning potential. Paid biweekly, with an annual reconciliation of the guarantee. Overtime paid separately as required. Full compensation details will be provided during the hiring process. • Biweekly payroll, with the annual guarantee reconciled at the end of each employment year • Overtime paid separately as required • Company-provided electric work van • Major tools when needed; your own everyday tools are preferred • Company uniforms and safety equipment • 12 paid vacation workdays after one year, plus 3 paid sick days, with unused time carrying forward • Annual performance reviews and opportunities for advancement
Schedule:
Six days per week, 9 a.m.–6 p.m., including a meal period. We value dependable attendance, professional customer communication, careful treatment of customers’ homes, and work that holds up after you leave.
