We are a well-established, locally owned plumbing company looking for a dependable, organized, and motivated Office Assistant to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a small office environment, interacting with customers, staying organized, and keeping things running smoothly.Responsibilities:Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner.Schedule and coordinate plumbing service calls.Assist with daily office operations and administrative tasks.Enter and maintain information accurately in QuickBooks.Work with Microsoft Office and other computer programs.Assist with billing, invoicing, and general office duties.Multi-task and prioritize responsibilities in a busy office environment.Communicate effectively with customers, technicians, and vendors.Qualifications:QuickBooks experience preferred but not required.Proficiency with Microsoft Office.Strong organizational and time-management skills.Excellent communication and customer service skills.Ability to multi-task and work efficiently.Dependable, responsible, and punctual.Flexible and willing to assist wherever needed.Previous office or administrative experience preferred.What We Offer:Competitive Pay.Health Insurance.401(k).Stable employment with an established company that has been in business since 1988.Friendly, small-company work environment.Schedule:MondayFriday | 8:00 AM4:00 PM
