About the role
Seeking a strategic and collaborative Director of Go-To-Market Strategy, this full-time remote position will manage cross-functional partnerships to enhance sales enablement, develop training programs, and improve customer experiences while driving business results.
Key responsibilitiesDesign and implement onboarding and ongoing training programs to enhance sales readiness and product knowledge
Analyze sales performance data and customer feedback to inform training initiatives and improve conversion rates
Collaborate with various teams to create effective sales playbooks, communication plans, and enablement contentRequired qualifications3+ years of experience in a customer-facing revenue role or related GTM function
Proven experience designing and scaling enablement programs that enhance sales effectiveness
Strong ability to build partnerships across Sales, Product, Marketing, and Customer Experience teams
Excellent analytical skills with a focus on using metrics to drive decisions and improvements
High emotional intelligence and strong communication skills to influence diverse audiences
