🔹 Digital Plant Engineer (Pharma / GMP)📍 Indiana (Hybrid 2 weeks onsite 2 weeks remote for first 6 months, then 1 week per month onsite)📅 Long-term contract (2+ years)We are looking for an experienced Digital Plant Engineer to support a large-scale, greenfield pharmaceutical manufacturing project focused on next-generation drug substance production. This is a high-impact role working within an automation project team to define manufacturing systems, data architecture, and digital plant strategy for a cutting-edge facility.
đź”§ Key Responsibilities: Define and integrate business, technology, and data architectures Support development of the digital plant strategy and data architecture Lead data flow mapping and digital use case development Contribute to implementation of site data infrastructure (e.g., AVEVA PI, data platforms)Collaborate with automation teams to support overall system design and standards Interface with cross-functional teams to ensure delivery meets business and regulatory needsâś… QualificationBS in Engineering (or equivalent experience)7+ years in data architecture / digital strategy within pharma or biotech Strong experience with automation systems in GMP environments Background in large capital projects / greenfield manufacturingâś… Preferred DeltaV BatchDCS)MES platformsAVEVA PI or similar historian systems Knowledge of GMP, validation (CSV), and regulatory compliance
