Responsibilities Lead end to end production of high performing YouTube content, from ideation and pre production through final delivery
Develop original concepts, formats, and narrative structures engineered for audience retention and channel growth
Manage production workflows, schedules, budgets, and logistics with precision
Direct talent and crews, ensuring clarity, energy, and consistency across every shoot
Resolve production challenges quickly with innovative, resourceful solutions
Use analytics and performance insights to refine creative strategy and strengthen future content
Uphold uncompromising quality standards that align with the channel’s creative vision
Qualifications Extensive experience producing top tier YouTube programming or reality based content that resonates in today’s culture
