Job Description:
We are a high-end, quality-oriented dental laboratory searching for a highly motivated, friendly individual to add to our team. Must be able to manage time efficiently, multitask, and be comfortable with making calls. Some of the duties include:inventory and sterilization of incoming case work. Scheduling and invoicing case information into lab software system. Packaging completed work for shipping. Answer the telephone in a professional polite voice, and transfer calls to appropriate party Ability to remain flexible, resilient, calm and maintain and present a well-groomed professional image Preparing routes for our Delivery Drivers Filing/Copying/Faxing Quality check that our products match what the customers ordered Make phone calls to dental offices when employees have questions about products Post on our social media platforms Do an inventory check and order lab materials and suppliesM-F 8am-5pm, Previous experience a plus
