About the role
Regal Rexnord is seeking a Supply Chain Program Manager to drive ERP utilization and standardize planning across North American plants, with substantial travel. The role is hybrid, onsite at a designated location (Rosemont, IL or Milwaukee, WI), requiring 3+ days in the office and up to 2 remote days.
You will lead training, develop standard work, monitor KPIs, and partner with sourcing and purchasing to align ERP parameters with supplier agreements.
