Daily Responsibilities: Menu planning to create innovative and seasonal pastry offerings Bread baking to ensure fresh, delicious breads are always available Plate presentation to showcase our pastries and breads in an appealing way Ensuring food quality meets our high standards Implementing portion control to minimize waste and maximize profits
Required Skills: Plate presentation skills Experience with artisan breads Nice to
