Performs occupational therapy programs and treatments as directed by the occupational therapist for inpatient & outpatient adolescent, adult and geriatric populations. Provides employee and patient educational programs as directed. The duties of this position require patient and family education and the exercise of courtesy and patience in speaking with and assisting patients, families, medical personnel and others in order to provide quality customer service. Associate's degree or higher from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program. Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist Assistant by the Georgia State Board of Physical Therapy. Must hold American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS)
PREFERRED: 60; Two (2) year of experience as a Licensed Occupational Therapy Assistant
