Senior Marketing LeadEvery day, millions of people tap, swipe and play an ad before they install a game. A lot of those ads are built at Playable Factory. We're a creative tech studio, part of Tamatem, and we make playable ads for some of the biggest names in mobile gaming. Now we want the people who make UA decisions to know us well. Not because of a cold pitch, but because they've seen our work, they've had dinner with us, and they trust us. What you'll own Our voice on LinkedIn. You'll shape what Playable Factory says and how it looks, with 2 to 3 strong posts a week, original visuals and video, and real conversations with the industry. The relationships that matter. You'll get to know 150 to 200 UA managers, creative leads and decision-makers at top publishers and keep in touch with them over time, with no sales script. Rooms worth being in. You'll host our quarterly UA & Creative Dinners and run side events at the industry's biggest conferences. The bridge to growth. You'll turn those relationships into context our sales team can act on, logged in our CRM.You might be a fit if you Have [5+] years in B2B marketing, partnerships or community, ideally in mobile gaming or ad tech Already know people in the UA and creative world, or know exactly how to meet them Write in English that people actually stop scrolling for Can turn a dinner for 10 into the evening people talk about afterwards Are comfortable with Canva, Figma, CapCut or similar tools Believe trust comes first and deals follow If you'd rather build relationships than chase leads, we'd love to hear from you.
