About the role
Rivian is seeking a Vehicle Operator Specialist to join the Autonomy Systems Validation team in Miami. You will drive prototype EVs on public roads and test tracks, lead on-shift operations, and coach other operators to uphold top-tier safety and testing standards. In this hands-on role, you’ll oversee vehicle prep, data offloading, and shift handovers, while mentoring new operators and maintaining rigorous logs and reporting for engineering analysis.
