Job Description: RECEPTIONISTFort Worth, TX | Onsite- Clearfork areaCOMPENSATION & SCHEDULEFull-Time, W2 Monday – Friday during regular company business hoursROLE IMPACTThe Receptionist plays a key role in supporting daily office operations and creating a professional, welcoming environment for employees, visitors, and guests. This position serves as the first point of contact for the office while also providing administrative, mail, supply, and facility support to help ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Greet visitors, manage the front entrance, and direct guests to the appropriate staff or waiting area. Process and distribute incoming mail, including tracked Fed Ex and UPS packages. Receive deliveries and distribute or store items appropriately. Process outgoing mail, packages, shipping labels, and large shipments as needed. Monitor and restock office, kitchen, beverage, and restroom supplies. Maintain coffee stations and shared office areas throughout the day. Monitor office supply inventory and notify the Office Manager when additional items are needed. Prepare and mail employee work anniversary cards and assist with monthly Top Performer lists. Provide support for meetings, employee events, company luncheons, and other office activities. Assist with seasonal office décor and event preparations. Distribute office supplies to trainers and employees as needed. Submit work orders for office repairs, maintenance, cleaning, and facility-related issues.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Previous receptionist, front desk, administrative, or office support experience preferred. Strong customer service and professional communication skills. Excellent organization and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and recurring daily, weekly, and monthly tasks. Comfortable interacting with employees, visitors, vendors, and delivery personnel. Dependable and able to work independently while supporting the needs of the office.
