About the role

Job Posting Pay monthly commissions (utilizing SFDC reporting and Excel-based models) for our Bardy sales team consisting of 3 different compensation plans. Will transition this process from existing finance team and own creation of documentation and SOPs of their payment process. May include setting up additional analytics for contest reporting. Desired Skill SetStrong analytical, modelling, and problem-solving skills are required Advanced Excel skills; Tableau and PowerPoint skills desirable Ability to draft process documentation and Standard Operating Procedures Demonstrates ownership and accountability for delivering timely and accurate results Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Collaborative mind set Attention to detail and strong organizational skills are essential Previous experience in commission payments are desirable.
