About the role

RTX is seeking a Senior Principal Human Factors Engineer for an on-site role in Tewksbury, MA. You will lead enterprise HF programs, act as the technical HF authority, and drive strategy across product teams while guiding interfaces with government and contractors. You will mentor HF engineers, oversee HF artifacts, and brief leadership on risks and recommendations. Strong DoD HF experience and DoD clearance readiness are preferred.
