About the role
We are seeking a hands-on Staff .NET Engineer to lead architecture and delivery for IAM platforms. This role combines technical leadership with hands-on development in C#/.NET, with at least 40% of time dedicated to coding.
Must Have:
Hands-on experience implementing and rolling out IdP and Access Management systems.
Responsibilities:
Own architecture, development, and production delivery of .NET services and APIs.
Lead Identity Provider (IdP) and Access Management implementations, integrations, and rollouts.
Build secure, scalable distributed systems using C#, ASP.NET Core, and cloud services.
Troubleshoot complex issues and improve system performance, reliability, and quality.
Mentor engineers through code reviews, pairing, and technical guidance.
Collaborate with product and engineering teams to deliver features on schedule.
Qualifications:
8+ years of software engineering experience with strong C#/.NET expertise, including 3+ years of technical leadership.
Strong experience with ASP.NET Core, REST APIs, microservices, and distributed systems.
Knowledge of OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, authentication, authorization, and secure application development.
Experience with AWS, Docker/Kubernetes and Infrastructure as Code.
Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases, messaging systems, CI/CD, automated testing, and production monitoring.
Proven delivery of complex systems from design through production; healthcare or regulated environments preferred.
