Role Description: The Sales and Marketing Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Tampa, FL. This role is responsible for generating new business, nurturing existing client relationships, and supporting marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness and revenue growth. Daily activities include conducting sales calls and meetings, responding to customer inquiries, delivering product or service presentations, and collaborating with the marketing team on promotional materials and digital initiatives. The specialist will track leads and opportunities, maintain accurate records in CRM tools, and prepare regular reports on performance and market trends. The role also involves contributing to training materials, supporting team enablement, and participating in events or outreach activities that strengthen the company’s market presence.
Qualifications: Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills. Candidates should possess solid Sales capabilities, including relationship building and negotiation skills. Candidates should possess experience in Training and Sales Management or team support activities. Candidates should possess basic Marketing knowledge, including campaign support and understanding of branding. Candidates should possess proficiency with CRM or sales tracking tools and basic data analysis skills. Candidates should possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Relevant experience in sales, account management, or marketing is preferred; experience in creative or service-based industries is an advantage. An associate or bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is beneficial but not mandatory.
