The Channel Account Manager is responsible for providing direct support for the sales strategy and execution designed to drive incremental revenue via channel partners.For those candidates who live near a Jamf office, you may be expected to work periodically in-office or collaborative work location with other Jamf employees in your area for certain events or moments that matter.What you can expect to do in this role:Attain assigned sales targets and/or other key measures of successDevelop and execute a business plan in partnership with Apple channel team to dramatically grow channel-created business with assigned partnersIdentify, enable and support Apple channel sales and marketing team members and their partner activitiesDevelop an appropriate strategy for assigned partners and lead and manage team members responsible for these partnersDevelop targeted campaigns, success metrics and investment cases with Apple and assigned partners to grow channel-sourced opportunitiesWork with Channel Marketing team to create relevant content for partner sales enablementProvide resolution for partner/customer issues, and engage Jamf sales teams where appropriate, ensuring follow through by appropriate Jamf employeesIdentify end customer business and technical needs relative to Jamf features and benefits, and communicate opportunities for improvement to Product ManagementAttend appropriate events/tradeshows to engage partner sellers and communicate the Jamf value to their customers and prospectsCreate measurable and timely objectives, strategies and pertinent campaigns to achieve desired business outcomes, reflected in a jointly developed business plan with the partner that is in-sync with partner and Jamf objectives.Lead the partner marketing strategy, collaborate with Jamf channel marking on campaign development and execution tied to business plan objectivesExecute on business plan, course correct as needed and report results to Jamf leadershipCreate an environment where all job responsibilities are in alignment with the core values, mission and purpose of the Jamf organizationFoster a workplace with the highest moral, ethical, and legal standards to deliver an environment that promotes respect, innovation and creativityModel a positive, inclusive workplace – one in which the talents and strengths of our increasingly diverse workforce are welcomed, further developed, and manifested in our workProvide clear vision, strategies, support, and expectations to ensure employees are able to learn, grow and expand their skills, perspectives and experiences to help grow Jamf.What we are looking for:Minimum of 1-2 years of people management experience(Required)Minimum of 3-4 years of channel/industry experience(Required)Ability to recruit, manage and motivate a partner account teamProven track record in sales, with demonstrated quota achievement(Required)Channel sales and software experience with deep understanding of partner ecosystems and routes to marketAbility to effectively present business and technical concepts to all levels of a partner or end-customer organizationKnowledge of financial terms and concepts to understand the partner's business and to justify investments in the partnerFind, create and foster relationships across all organizational levels: Partners, Apple, JamfMastery of industry trends around Apple, mobility, security and other relevant fields.Ability to lead partner conversations to establish Jamf's unique value proposition as it pertains to partners and Apple's prioritiesWorking experience with SalesforceExcellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skillsEnthusiastically accept new challenges and lead by exampleExperience working in the Apple channel ecosystem (Preferred)Education & Certifications:HS Diploma / GED Degree (Required)Bachelor's degree (preferred)A combination of relevant experience and education may be consideredMinimum Education RequiredHS Diploma / GED Degree required.Minimum Experience RequiredMinimum of 1-2 years of people management experience; Minimum of 3-4 years of channel/industry experience; Proven track record in sales with demonstrated quota achievement.ShiftFirst (Day)Number of Openings1Compensation$81,800.00 - $187,580.00 / AnnuallyPostal Code55401Job TypeFull TimePlace of WorkRemoteRequisition ID6008437004Job BenefitsJamf extends the legendary Apple experience people enjoy in their personal lives to the workplace.
