We pride ourselves on a team-oriented environment where employees are supported, trusted, and given the tools to succeed.Why Join Us?Competitive Pay - $18-$22 per hourProfit Sharing: Employer contributions up to 15%Health, Dental & Vision Insurance optionsLife Insurance PolicyPaid Time Off & Paid HolidaysStable, team-oriented work environment with long-term growth potentialWhat You'll Do:Answer and manage a high volume of incoming phone calls, supporting both customers and internal staffHandle accounts receivable tasks, including calling customers on past-due balances and updating account recordsAssist with bookkeeping and daily financial tasks, including deposits and banking coordinationProcess credit applications and communicate with banks and financial institutionsProvide administrative support to the office and sales team, including scheduling and tracking team activityMaintain accurate records and organized office systemsUse Microsoft Excel and Word for tracking, reporting, and daily tasksSupport general office operations and step in where needed to keep things running efficientlyHours: Monday through Friday, 8:00am5:00pmWhat You Bring:Experience in accounts receivable, bookkeeping, administrative support, or office coordination preferredStrong Microsoft Excel and computer skills (this is important for success in this role)Ability to stay organized and manage multiple responsibilities throughout the dayProfessional communication skills, especially over the phoneAttention to detail with financial and clerical tasksReliable, team-oriented mindset with a willingness to help where neededGrowth Opportunity:For candidates with strong Excel and technical skills, there is potential to grow into additional responsibilities, including pricing support, EDI systems, and cross-department process improvements.Ready to take the next step?
