About the role

Overview In this Senior Salesforce Developer role you will act as a platform SME, driving complex Salesforce implementations and integrations. You will code, review, and optimize Apex, LWC, Aura, and REST/SOAP integrations while guiding teams on best practices. You’ll tackle data management, automation, and system-wide improvements to support business goals. Join a hands-on team focused on scalable, secure Salesforce solutions and effective collaboration with business stakeholders. Responsibilities Understand the Salesforce platform across Sales, Service, and Experience Clouds Coach and conduct code reviews to enforce best practices Develop complex workflows and triggers, Apex, and Lightning components Build integrations with external systems and web services Develop and maintain Visualforce pages and data processes Provide technical plans/solutions to business teams and document technical work Review and adjust custom code to improve efficiency and reliability Support testing, deployment, and maintenance tasks Key requirements Minimum of 5 years of Salesforce experience Bachelor’s degree in a technical / computer related field or related experience Strong understanding of Salesforce technologies and products Working knowledge of Salesforce CLI (SFDX)Knowledge of CI/CD processes (repositories, branching, code reviews, pull requests)Working knowledge of Copado (certification preferred)Working knowledge of Own Backup Persistent and curious problem solver Attention to detail with clean, maintainable code Tenacity and willingness to iterate until it works Apex development (Controllers, Batch Jobs, Scheduled Apex)Lightning components (LWC, Aura)RESTful and SOAP Web Services
