Join the team as a Service Agent with our insurance industry client in San Antonio, TX! In this role you will blend high-level client communication with technical insurance expertise. This role is a combination of inbound \"Intro Calls\" and complex non-call support, focusing on efficiency, policy accuracy, and peer mentorship across multiple lines of business. Requirements Experience: 1-2 years in insurance service or non-call support. Operational Skills: Ability to manage 5-10 state licenses and navigate complex CRM dashboards. Communication: Problem-solving skills and a high attention to detail. Education: High school diploma or equivalent. License: Active Texas P&C License is preferred, but not required. salary: $41,600 - $52,000 per year shift: First work hours: 10 AM - 7 PM education: High School Responsibilities Manage inbound calls, chats, and texts with a focus on warm service and retention/cross-sell identification. Process policy endorsements, audits, and updates across 20+ top carriers and 150+ systems. Maintain 98%+ accuracy while adhering to state regulations and carrier SLAs. Navigate Salesforce, Vonage, and multi-carrier platforms with precision.
