The Insurance Agent will engage with prospective and existing clients to understand their needs, explain coverage options, and recommend suitable insurance products. Daily responsibilities include conducting consultations via phone and online channels, preparing quotes, processing applications, and maintaining accurate client records. The role involves following up on leads, managing a pipeline of prospects, and supporting policy renewals and changes. The Insurance Agent will collaborate with internal teams to resolve client inquiries, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and contribute to overall customer satisfaction and business growth.\n Qualifications\n \n\n Strong insurance knowledge, including Insurance and Insurance Brokerage, with the ability to explain policies and coverage clearly.\n Demonstrated Insurance Sales experience, with skill in prospecting, consultative selling, and closing new business.\n Basic to intermediate Finance skills to discuss premiums, budgeting, and financial implications of coverage with clients.\n Excellent Customer Service abilities, including active listening, empathy, and professional communication across phone and digital channels.\n Proficiency with CRM or sales management tools, and comfort working in a fully remote, technology-driven environment.\n Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple client accounts and deadlines.\n Relevant insurance licenses or willingness to obtain required state licenses within a specified timeframe.\n Prior experience in insurance, financial services, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.\n
