About the role

I’m looking for independent sales partners to help grow enrollment in my online challenges. This is not a “post an affiliate link and hope someone buys” opportunity. I’m looking for people who know how to sell or want the opportunity to prove they can. You’ll prospect for potential customers, start conversations, ask questions to identify fit, follow up, and close registrations. I handle the offer, sales page, challenge delivery, customer experience, and fulfillment. I’ll also provide positioning, messaging, marketing assets, and the information you need to confidently sell the offer. Compensation is 30% commission on qualifying sales you generate. The current challenge is priced at $147, and I plan to run at least 12 paid challenges per year, with additional digital offers. For the right person, there is potential for this to develop into into an ongoing position. This could be a strong fit for someone with sales, business development, appointment-setting, or closing experience who wants a flexible, performance-based opportunity. I care far more about your ability to prospect, have good conversations, follow up, and close than the size of your social media following. There is potential for this to grow into a larger, long-term sales role as the business grows. I’m looking for people I can build with, not just someone to promote one challenge. This is an independent, commission-based position to start, with the potential to develop into a W-2 sales position for the right person as the business grows.

Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
