About the role

Affinity Executive Search is partnering with a pharma/biotech specialist opening a mid-Atlantic office. You will lead the region, own client relationships, drive business development, and shape project delivery while gradually building a team. A PE license and real pharma facilities experience are required, with established relationships in the DC/Baltimore life sciences market. This is a leadership seat, not a BD footnote.
