What You'll Do:

Reach out to prospective clients and respond to interested individuals
Follow up with leads and maintain consistent communication
Have friendly, professional conversations to understand basic needs
Follow established workflows and communication systems
Participate in team meetings, training, and coaching
Sales or insurance experience is helpful, but not required.
We're more interested in your ability to communicate, stay organized, follow through, and build rapport with people.
