Pay Rate:
$16/hr Location: York, PA General Perks: Day shift schedule, hands-on production work, and opportunities to learn multiple departments DetailsWork a consistent Monday-Friday, 7:00am-3:30pm schedule with orientation beginning at 9:00am on your first day. Overtime is available during peak production periods, including extended shifts and occasional mandatory part of a production team creating and shipping high-quality photographic products in a clean, fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities:
Produce, inspect, package, and prepare custom photographic products for shipment according to established procedures.
Perform quality assurance checks to ensure products meet customer specifications and company standards.
Operate production equipment, complete assigned production tasks, maintain documentation, and assist teammates as needed.

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent with the ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
Strong attention to detail, basic computer skills, good communication skills, and the ability to follow directions.
Must be reliable, able to work overtime during peak seasons, pass a PA background check and 10-panel mouth swab drug screen, and work effectively as part of a team.
