What You'll Do as a Pourline Operator: Operate two polyurethane foam production lines. Set up, start, and shut down machinery for production runs. Monitor machines and production settings to make sure everything is running correctly. Inspect foam for defects and make adjustments when needed. Measure foam using a tape measure and record dimensions accurately. Create and apply accurate labels to finished foam products. Operate a forklift to safely move scrap foam around the plant. Monitor required safety equipment, including the TDI gas monitor. Follow detailed work instructions and all safety and quality procedures. Cross-train on additional equipment and production processes.
Skills and Experience:
Machine operation experience required Manufacturing experience preferred Ability to read work instructions and use a tape measure Basic math and computer skills Strong safety and quality awareness Ability to identify and report production issues Reliable work history and attendance Willingness to cross-train on equipment Must be able to lift and handle materials as needed
