Independent Contractor – CPT-11414 Financial Services Outreach & Appointment Setting Virtual Assistant/Business Support VA/Senior-Advanced Level (Remote)20four7VA is seeking offshore independent contractors to deliver remote services to clients worldwide, with a primary focus on developed markets such as the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia.A Los Angeles-based financial planning practice is seeking an experienced Virtual Assistant to handle both outbound calling and personalized email outreach to prospective clients. The primary objective of the role is to generate qualified Zoom appointments for the financial professional. The client will provide prospect information, scripts, messaging, the calling system, Calendly availability, and outreach lists.The VA will divide time between phone-based appointment setting and one-to-one email outreach, while maintaining accurate records of activity and follow-up. This is not a financial advisory or sales-closing role. The VA will introduce the reason for the outreach, generate interest, handle basic objections, and schedule meetings with the financial professional.The objective of each engagement is to assist the client in improving business efficiency, enhancing service delivery, or supporting operational functions through high-quality, task-specific services rendered by a qualified contractor.Scope of ServicesConduct outbound calls using client-provided prospect listsWork from approved financial-services scriptsAsk prospects when they last reviewed their retirement accountsBriefly communicate approved reasons for conducting a financial reviewHandle basic objections professionallySchedule qualified prospects for Zoom meetings through CalendlyRecord call outcomes and follow-up requirementsMaintain consistent calling activity during assigned blocksWork through client-provided prospect lists in Excel or Google SheetsSend personalized individual emails through GmailSubmit outreach through designated website contact forms when requiredFollow client-provided messaging and templatesSend emails one at a time rather than using bulk mail mergesMaintain a personalized approach to reduce spam riskTrack completed outreach and follow-up activity accuratelyMaintain organized prospect and outreach recordsUpdate spreadsheets with call and email activityTrack appointments scheduled and outstanding follow-upsEnsure prospects requiring additional outreach do not fall through the cracksFollow established calling and email workflows consistentlyEach engagement is based on a defined scope of work and is governed by an independent contractor agreement.
