The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing multiple project teams, identifying and pursuing project opportunities, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional results that align with the company's risk tolerance. This role demands a strong leader with a core understanding of commercial construction and general contracting, excellent business acumen, and the ability to manage multiple priorities and competing deadlines. The VP will be expected to uphold safety as a top priority, develop long-term strategic plans for client relationships, and ensure the business unit's financial health and profitability. Applicants for the Vice President of Advanced Manufacturing position at the company should have a four-year degree in construction, engineering, or business, with a preference for a concentration in one of these areas. In lieu of a degree, additional work experience is acceptable. The role requires OSHA 30-hour certification, proficiency in various software systems, and strong business communication skills. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leadership, the ability to attract and retain top talent, and a commitment to the company's values of trust and exceptional client experiences.
