About the role
To support the mission of reducing the burden of disease, the full-time Customer Advocacy Communications Manager will build relationships with customers to identify advocacy opportunities, manage customer participation in various initiatives, and collaborate with internal teams to promote customer success stories in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
Build and maintain relationships with customers to identify and cultivate long-term advocacy opportunities
Partner with Sales and Customer Success teams to surface customers with strong business outcomes for references and case studies
Draft and submit customer award nominations and conference speaking proposals while coordinating with Corporate Communications to amplify customer stories
Required qualifications
3+ years in customer advocacy, communications, customer marketing, or public relations
Experience in healthcare, life sciences, health technology, or another regulated industry
A track record of building relationships with customers that convert into concrete advocacy outcomes
Strong writing and communication skills demonstrated through case studies, award submissions, or executive talking points
Experience managing a formal advocacy or reference program from the ground up
