Job Full DescriptionUnder the guidance of the Director of Rental Assistance, the Rental Assistance Administrative Assistant supports the daily administration and operations of RCAP's Rental Assistance programs. This role involves assisting the Director and Rental Assistance Data Manager with database maintenance, reporting, payment processing, and software-related tasks, while ensuring compliance with funders' requirements Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in maintaining tenant and landlord databases to ensure data integrityExtract, review, and analyze data from system reports; produce monthly program activity reports and distribute them as neededSupport bi-monthly leasing and program expenditure reports and payment processing functionsCommunicate with property owners via phone or email to address payment inquiries, correct deficiencies, and make necessary adjustmentsAssist with software changes for all rental assistance programs, including training new staff and ensuring compliance with funding source and internal systems requirementsPrepare and submit PIC (Personal Information Controller) data as requiredReview, clean, and integrate data as directed by the DirectorSupport the development of new reports and production of existing onesAttend required training and meetings on new/updated softwarePerform other duties as assigned by the DirectorExperience & SkillsMinimum 2 years of experience with various software databasesProficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, OneDrive, database systems, and online search enginesExperience creating, reviewing, analyzing, and reporting on outcomesExcellent written and verbal communication skills; bilingual skills preferred but not requiredWorcester, MA 3452 1241 Main Street Suite 5 Worcester, MA 01603
