- Rewind, inspect, and finish labels per work instructions to ensure compliance with quality standards and customer specifications
- Perform visual inspections of printed labels to identify defects
- Measure product dimensions using micrometers, calipers, and rulers
- Bag and label finished products
- Log product movement and inspection results in the system
- Ensure product quality throughout all stages of production
- Experience with detail part inspection is helpful
- Knowledge of Rotoflex rewinders or other similar rewind equipment is a plus
- Perform additional duties as required
- High School Diploma or equivalent required1–3 years of experience in a manufacturing or inspection role preferred
- Ability to read and follow work instructions in English
- Familiarity with measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, rulers)
- Strong math and communication skills
- Self-motivated and dependable
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Ability to work around flashing lights or imagery (photosensitive individuals should use caution)
- No supervisory or management responsibilities
- No travel required
