Drain Specialist Description:
Deliver enthusiastic and positive customer service at all times. Foster enduring relationships with both vendors and customers. Provide customers with tailored options on every call to ensure the best choices for their homes and families. Achieve technical excellence in every task, upholding our strong warranties and guarantees. Use specialized camera equipment to accurately identify system issues. Compile parts lists for the Installation Team. Guide customers through the selection of suitable plumbing solutions that meet their specific requirements. Work in tandem with our customer service team to resolve any issues or concerns after sales. Enjoy being part of a vibrant and skilled team!
Job Requirements:
Required experience in Drain, Sewer, and Plumbing; Plumbing License Preferred· Valid driver's license and clean driving record· Ability to pass a background check· Ability to pass a drug screening· Ability to troubleshoot service issues· Strong knowledge of plumbing products, systems, and applications· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences· Self-motivated and results driven, with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing sales opportunities· Ability to build and nurture lasting relationships with customers, team members, and industry professionals· Experience in using CRM software to manage leads, track sales activities, and generate reports
