DNA Partners is seeking a Senior Labor & Employment Associate or Junior Partner to join its Labor & Employment Practice Group in New York. The candidate should have 7–12 years of experience advising employers and handling sophisticated employment litigation. The role offers strategic counseling, high-stakes litigation, meaningful client interaction, and a collaborative team of recognized practitioners, with a flexible hybrid environment and two remote days per week.
