Immediate need for a talented Java Developer. This is a 06+ Months Contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Rutherford, NJ (Onsite). Lead the design, construction, and unit testing of assigned components/modules. Coordinate with customer stakeholders and facilitate offshore communication. Stay updated on advancements in agentic AI and multi-agent systems, conducting research and rapid prototyping of new technologies. Manage risks associated with business decisions while maintaining compliance with applicable laws and regulations.10+ years of experience in Java development.~ Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related discipline.~ Strong expertise in Core Java, Java EE, Spring Boot, and Spring Microservices architecture.~ Familiarity with Python, PySpark, and working in a Big Data environment is a plus.~ Understanding of event-based architecture, JMS, and relational databases (Oracle).~ Knowledge of agile/waterfall development methodologies and test-driven development practices.~ Our client is a leading Banking Industry and we are currently interviewing to fill this and other similar contract positions.
