About the role
Overview:
A data-focused role supporting the design and delivery of compensation programs within a complex organization. This position combines analytics, program execution, and advisory support to ensure pay practices remain competitive, consistent, and well-governed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support and execute core compensation cycles, including salary reviews, bonus planning, and adjustments
- Analyze internal and external data to guide pay decisions and maintain competitive positioning
- Conduct benchmarking studies, manage survey data, and assess pay equity across the organization
- Assist in building and refining pay frameworks, including salary structures and incentive programs
- Evaluate roles for leveling, classification, and exemption status in partnership with HRMaintain and validate compensation data within HR systems, ensuring accuracy and consistency
- Monitor trends, metrics, and workforce data to inform compensation strategy
- Provide insight and recommendations on new hires, promotions, and off-cycle adjustments
- Support budgeting and cost analysis related to compensation decisions
- Contribute to process improvements and new reward initiatives
- Deliver guidance and training to stakeholders on compensation practices and policies
- Ensure alignment with applicable compensation regulations and internal standards
- ProfileExperience working with compensation data, programs, and analysis in a structured environment
- Strong analytical capability with advanced spreadsheet skills
- Familiarity with HR systems and data management tools (any major platform)
- High attention to detail with the ability to manage sensitive information
- Strong communication skills and the ability to translate data into clear recommendations
- Independent thinker with sound judgment and prioritization skills
- Comfortable managing multiple deadlines in a fast-paced setting
