Role Description: This is a part-time on-site Florist role based in New York, NY. The Florist will craft exquisite floral arrangements, collaborate with clients to design custom bouquets, and participate in decorative set-ups for special events. Day-to-day responsibilities include flower care, stocking and organizing inventory, maintaining a tidy workspace, and ensuring customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and consulting on floral needs for various occasions.
Qualifications: Proficiency in Floral Design, Flower Arrangements, and Decoration Strong Creativity Skills and a keen eye for aesthetics Experience in Customer Service, with the ability to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions Knowledge of flower care, seasonal availability, and floral trends Excellent time management and organizational skills Ability to thrive in a collaborative and fast-paced environment Previous experience in a floral or retail setting is a plus
