Front Desk ReceptionistWe are currently looking for a professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact, you will play a key role in creating a positive impression for visitors and ensuring smooth daily office operations.Teltonika is a rapidly growing global company group with considerable experience in the design and manufacturing of high-quality Internet of Things devices. With offices in more than 20 countries and over 2,500 employees worldwide, Teltonika is constantly expanding its global presence.In This Role, You Will:Reception duties including answering phone calls, ordering office supplies, greeting, and directing visitorsProcessing credit card payments via phoneManaging booking schedule for meeting roomsSupport onboarding for new employees, including setting up equipmentSupport logistical operations (tracking shipments, delivery exceptions, etc.)Organize events and create/send email newslettersProvide administrative support, including reporting, organizing, filing, document management, and depositing chequesMaintain clean office spaces, including break areas, and conference roomsOther tasks as assignedWhat We Expect Of You:Previous experience in an administrative roleHigh School Diploma or aboveExcellent communication and problem-solving skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced team environmentWell organized and detail-orientedAbility to multitask and prioritize tasksAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionWhat We Offer:Work Type: On-site; 8:00 am 4 pmTraining: Onboarding on Teltonika's internal systems and processesBenefits: Company funded health insurance after 90 days; 3 weeks of Paid Vacation; 6 Sick days + day off on your BirthdayWork Environment: Multicultural and diverse environment which highly values knowledge and exchange of ideas, supportive and positive attitude in the teamCompensation: $20 USD per hour
