About the role
European Wax Center, Inc. is seeking a Paralegal to support the legal team with franchise document management, agreement preparation, contract tracking, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders across corporate and franchise matters.
You will assist with franchise registrations, due diligence for acquisitions, litigation intake, and corporate filings while improving processes and leveraging AI-powered tools to boost efficiency.
